Board work is a large and complex task today and it requires a great knowledge and skills in many different areas.
Birn+Partners Executive Board Education takes you through all the tasks and challenges you as a board member can meet in the board room. You get the knowledge and the tools you need to become a value-creating board member.
We have both open and closed courses of board education.
The closed course is for one company and it can be one or several workshops for the existing board, new board, or management in the company. The content is tailormade to your company strategy and goals.
The open course is for experienced leaders and board members in small and medium-sized companies.
The board training is tailored to prepare you for the upcoming tasks in the boardroom
The board training is driven by leading business executives, who have experience in all aspects of board work and who will inspire you through theory and cases for value-creating board work.
You will be trained in the most important areas and challenges you will meet in the boardroom. From legal, strategy, M&A, finance, ESG to cyber security, which are just some of the topics that you will meet.
After graduation, you will receive a certificate as proof of the board training you have acquired for future board positions.
The board training is a mix of lectures, discussions, individual and group work, presentations and a number of cases.
The Executive Board Education is very practical oriented, meaning that you will be presented to and learn tools which you can immediately apply in your own board work.
